Yes, if you are not using shared computer, it is supported to install Visio 2019 and Office 365 ProPlus on the same computer. When O365 version 1901 is made available, am I going to be able to install As I understand it, the volume license software does not receive any updates once it is purchased. Righ now the latest version of O365 and Visio volume license is version 1811.

The different update channels download different versions. I needed to be in the same Update Channel for both O365 and Visio.
